Sheikh Mohammed checks up on progress at new Dubai Creek Tower


Once complete, The Tower at Dubai Creek will dominate the city skyline and become the centre piece for an area twice the size of Downtown - so it was due a visit by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai to check on the development's progress.

He was given a tour of the construction site by senior officials from Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, and briefed on the latest milestones of the vast construction project that will eventually cover a six-kilometer-square plot near Ras Al Khor National Wildlife Sanctuary.
